Established in 2020, the iAP Talent Group is a family run, boutique, talent management agency, working with the industries very best to create a pathway to success for our clients. We are redefining the Artist and Agent relationship by breaking the boundaries set by traditional agents, offering full support and transparency with our clients, making ourselves available to answer your calls, keep you up to date and work with you to help guide you on your career path.
Ben, Emma, Charlie and Niall, have been in the industry collectively, for over 50 years, and have have worked across all genres of the performing arts. We have a vast knowledge of what it takes to make it as a successful performer, and will use this wealth of knowledge to get you through the door to some the most renowned Casting Directors in the world.
We have built a fantastic black book of contacts from establishments such as the BBC, The National Theatre and Netflix, to name a few, and are constantly striving to get our clients seen for the very best jobs the industry has to offer.

Ben Brooks has worked in television and film for over 20 years. He has accrued a wealth of knowledge and contacts during this time and is well established in the industry.
NIALL PHILLIPS
Niall has worked with actors for over 20 years, in Theatre, Film and Television. He has built a wealth of connections during this time and he hopes to expand his working relationships in order achieve success for the agency and his clients.

Emma is iAP's Chief Financial Officer, overseeing Artist Contracts and negotiations. Emma will also be on hand with the day to day running of the agency and is a point of contact for all Artists.

Charlie is an established television actress. In her role as Director and Ambassador for iAP, she brings a wealth of industry knowledge and connections.
